Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page outlines the refund and cancellation terms for services provided by Car Wingman.
Car Wingman provides digital services and vehicle inspection services.
Due to the nature of these services, refunds may not be available once the service has been delivered.
Listing review services are non-refundable once the review has been completed and delivered.
Inspection bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a £20 cancellation fee.
If an inspection cannot take place due to circumstances outside of the customer's control (for example the vehicle is no longer available), an alternative appointment or refund may be offered.
